Use Style by Script to control vector and CAD element styles. Set styles via the element tabs in the Layer Controls dialog (i.e.Vector Layer Controls). When styling by script you can:

• Specify styles based on any number of database attributes associated with elements.
• Use point symbols, line styles, and polygon fill patterns, and previously defined styles in style objects.
• Set line width and color style components directly in the script.
• Use CartoScript functions to draw elements.
